Hostel Carioquinha

More than 17 years ago, Francisco cames to Leme with other three preachers and they were all living in a small mud house near the place where nowadays it's located the Hostel Carioquinha.
During this time, he saw and helped to grow the community of Leme that now respect a lot his role and comes to ask suggestions or just to find an open door... and a smile.
Now Francisco lives in a bigger house, just down the Hostel, with his wife and kids, and all together they work to make the Hostel Carioquinha and the whole Leme District as a better and always more confortable place to live. Actually their hard purpose is going well because Leme is increasing a lot his amount of workers, tourists and commerce since it was declareted as a district in 1981.
Biography & History
The large terrace
On the second floor the hostel has a very large terrace where the guests can cook their meals, watch the TV shows or just relax on the confortable sofas.
Also there are tables and chairs to use the laptop, play games or join the great Hostel's Barbecue Party.
Our comfortable beds
The hostel offers a shared mixed room with 12 beds, for single travelers or groups. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet, sink and hot/cold shower.
The room has a wonderful view on Leme Beach, and it's air conditioned during the night. Linen and pillow are provided by the Hostel.
Places near here
The wonderful Copacabana Beach is just at 10-15 minutes by walk from here, and if you continue on the Avenida Atlantica you'll also reach easily Ipanema Beach.
If you like the wonderful view of the city there a short walking through the wood, that ends in the top of the hill.
